Slow roasted chicken, homemade gravy, served with waffles hot from the griddle.

Modified Hours
The people working in this café aren’t just staff. They’re campers too. They share the same spaces, the same fires, the same weekends that everyone else here comes to enjoy. During camp wide events hours will be adjusted to allow everyone to enjoy all that Hillside has to offer.
