Shake It Up

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make cocktails like the professionals? Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your skills, Embers Café is excited to bring this unique, hands-on cocktail-making experience to Hillside.

Our featured instructor, Kenny (“Bear Totoro”), bartender at the 12 Penny Saloon, will share the techniques, tips, and tricks he’s learned behind one of northeastern Pennsylvania’s favorite LGBTQ+ bars.

This is a true hands-on experience. Kenny will guide you step by step as you prepare at least two different cocktails. You’ll mix them yourself, enjoy what you create, and leave with recipe cards so you can recreate your favorites at home. Every participant will also receive a complimentary gift courtesy of Embers Café.

To ensure everyone receives personal instruction, seating will be intentionally limited. Advance registration and prepayment through Embers Café will be required. Pricing and registration details will be announced soon.
